De Leon Networking invests in optimizing the network. Our network is on the Amsterdam internet exchange (AMS-ix) and also on the Netherlands Exchange Internets (NL-ix) with a 1 Gbit (1000 Mbits) line of communication. The AMS-ix as well as the NL-ix has been fitted with a 1 Gbit active back-up system.
Next to the AMS-ix and the NL-ix we are also connected to both the BNIX (Belgian Internet Exchange) and the LIP X (London Internet Providers Exchange) by a 1 GBIT line of communication.
Our network has been joined by a big number of (international) companies such as Cogent, above net, Level 3 and Regard globe.
Because of the many of connections we can guarantee a, fast, reliable and continuous network at all times.
Server Space
Beside this eminent network, a professional server space is at least as important. The Leon Networking offers its service via the Telicity Group located at the Gyroscopeweg in Amsterdam. In this data centre we have technicians with "intelligent hands" (A network engineer on the spot with Microsoft - and Linux-certifications who can perform routine maintenance jobs as well as urgent business on the server(s) exports). As a result it's possible to remotely manage the systems.Redbus Interhouse, at this moment, possesses seven data centres in Europe, which are all in a secure environment to protect the critical IT business systems. The locations are; Dublin, Frankfurt, London, Corduroy, Milan, Paris, Stockholm and are the property of Data centre Redbus Interhouse.
Physical security
Redbus Interhouse has an advance security system that 100% secures the safety of the equipment at all. The electronic gate is monitoring by an on site staff 24 hours a day seven days a week. Every person entering the building will be screened and registered on the CCTV video surveillance outfitted with a motion detector.
Access data center
We have access into the server space at all times. Access ways into the building, the data floors and individual spaces are outfitted with an individually programmed Proximity Access Cards (PAC). It is not possible to access PAC by unauthorised people. PAC takes a picture with the CCTV camera of the person filling in the access information and compares it to the digital picture saved on the security system. Access will only be granted if both pictures coincide.
